When you contact us through this website, we collect:

- ·Limited technical data automatically logged by our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation of the site.
- ·Aggregate, cookieless usage statistics (via Vercel Web Analytics) — such as page views, referrers and country — which do not identify you individually or track you across other websites.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A small browser setting is stored locally on your device to remember your light/dark theme preference; it is not transmitted to us.
3. How we use it
We use the information you provide to:

- ·scope, propose and deliver engineering services where requested; and
- ·keep records of our communications and meet our legal and operational obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (operators) who help us run this website and handle enquiries — currently our form- handling provider and our website host — and only to the extent necessary. These providers may process data on servers outside South Africa; where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains adequately protected. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and correspondence records only for as long as necessary to respond to you, to manage any resulting engagement, and to meet legal or legitimate business requirements — after which the information is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights under POPIA
Subject to the Act, you have the right to:

- ·request correction or deletion of that information;
- ·object to its processing; and
- ·withdraw any consent you have given.
